- 🌾 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 🥄 ½ tsp baking soda
- 🥄 ½ tsp baking powder
- 🥄 ¼ tsp salt
- 🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey (for extra moisture & flavor)
Instructions

- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
